    $60 | 30 - 40 minutes

    Designed to give you exactly what you need. These sessions are tailored to you, from injury rehabilitation to spiritual practice.

  • Long Session

    $100 | 60 - 70 minutes

    These sessions allow us to dive deeper into your personal journey. We have more time to work on more complex issues or deeper spiritual seeking.

  • New Client Intake

    $120 | 90 minutes

    A comprehensive deep-dive into your needs for specialised recovery programs, NDIS clients, or anyone looking for a more in-depth experience.

  • Soul Stories

    I’ve been seeing Stacey weekly following a prolapse after my second child. Stacey has created a tailored program to suit my fitness level and medical constrains. In a short period of time I’ve had improvements in my condition and my overall strength.

    Stacey really listened to my needs and created an environment and program that was supportive, holistic and the perfect balance of achievable and challenging.

    I’m loving my sessions with Stacey and look forward to them every week.

    She also wears my baby in the carrier whilst delivering my session, allowing me to really focus and immerse myself in my session! 😁

    I cannot even begin to explain what a gift Stacey has been to my life. I truly feel that I’m the healthiest I’ve been in all my 57 years. I feel as though my body is healing from the inside out, both physically and emotionally.

    Stacey introduced me to Yoga first, she listened to my needs and guided me into a habit that I am truly grateful for. Stacey also introduced me to Yoga Nidra, she shared her practice with me, and it has now become the best part of my day! I work long hours and have not taken a lunch break in years, and I am so proud of myself because, now I take a break every day. I go to my car and do a midday Yoga Nidra practice every day, and I feel fabulous.

    The Yoga and Yoga Nidra have been life changing for me and I am excited to delve into new areas of my physical and mental well-being. Stacey sparked my love for yoga and meditation, and I am truly grateful.
