The Calmm Co
“Awareness is the greatest agent for change”
Eckhart Tolle
What we stand for
Stacey founded The Calmm Co in 2019 for one reason: to share and nurture the human experience.
As a collective, The Calmm Co represents opportunity—the opportunity to connect with oneself, others, and nature.
It is a call to return home, to feel safe within our bodies and nervous systems.
To realize that we have the power to change.
We deserve to live a life in harmony, in complete flow, and in surrender to the universe.
Life is, at its core, an experience—a perception formulated by the mind.
And awareness is the greatest agent for change.

Stacey began her journey studying Sport & Exercise Science at university with the hope of becoming a teacher. After realising university wasn’t for her, Stacey joined the Air Force as a Physical Training Instructor.
For the next nine years, she worked with military personnel in many ways, specifically helping them to recover from injuries and re-enter the workforce through her training as a Pilates Instructor. She also worked as a climbing instructor, developing a keen interest in resilience, and developed mindfulness and yoga programs for trainees.
Stacey has always had a passion for helping people find themselves by developing confidence, strength, and compassion through holistic practices.

It is my goal to bring the light of true self-love into people’s lives.
I hope to do this by helping people to reconnect through the power of breath, movement, mindfulness and space.
We all need this in our lives. Yoga is not simply a class we go to, it is an integration of mind, body, and pure energy (prana) resulting in an existence that is completely in harmony and within our control.
About Teaching Terms
As a yoga teacher (or any teacher), it is important to take regular breaks.
The exchange of energy between teacher and student is REAL. Over the teaching term, I do my absolute best to ensure that my side of the energy exchange is beneficial to everyone who walks in the door.
As with anything that requires energy, rest is absolutely necessary. For that reason, the following applies to all term breaks:
During the first week: The studio is fully closed
During the second week: private sessions and specialty classes will re-commence, but no weekly classes
I encourage this same philosophy with my students. During the term breaks take some time off your practice or bring back the basics, spend time with your friends and family, and enjoy the benefits of your practice off the mat.
If you have purchased a membership that falls over the term breaks, I will extend it to ensure you don’t miss out
